Mini Pizza, Pizza, Italian Food

Ingredients:

  • For Pizza Dough:
    • 2 Cup Flour
    • 1 Tsp Salt
    • 1½ Tsp Yeast
    • 1½ Tsp Sugar
    • ¼ Cup Milk
    • 4 Tbsp Oil
    • Warm Water As Per Required
  • For Pizza Filling:
    • 2-3 Tbsp Oil
    • 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
    • ½ Kg Chicken (Minced)
    • 1 ½ Tsp Salt
    • 1 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
    • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
    • 1 Tbsp Paprika Powder
    • 1 Tsp Red Chili
    • 1 Tbsp Cumin Powder
    • 1 Tbsp Mix Dried Herb
  • For Pizza Assembling:
    • 1 CupPizza Sauce
    • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese(Grated)
    • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
    • ½ Cup Onion (Slices)
    • Olive (Optional)
    • Oregano As per Required

Instructions:

For Pizza Dough:
1.In a mixing bowl, add flour, salt, yeast, and sugar. Mix well.
2.Add Milk and oil to the flour mixture and mix well.
3.Gradually add warm water and knead the dough until it becomes soft and smooth.
4.Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
5.After 1 hour minutes, divide the dough into small portions and roll them into small circles.
For Pizza Filling:
1.Heat oil in a pan and add ginger paste. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
2.Add minced chicken and cook until it changes color.
3.Add salt, crushed black pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder, red chili, cumin powder, and mix dried herb. Mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes.
For Pizza Assembling:
1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2.Take each small dough circle and spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on top.
3.Add a generous amount of chicken filling on top of the pizza sauce.
4.Sprinkle grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the chicken filling.
5.Add some sliced onions and olives on top of the cheese.
6.Sprinkle some oregano on top for extra flavor.
7.Repeat with the remaining dough circles and toppings.
8.Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
9.Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
