Lisa Loring, The Original Wednesday Addams actress Passes Away

64-year-old Lisa Loring passed away due to a stroke. She was the original Wednesday Addams in the classic 1960s sitcom.

Loring's agent, Chris Carbaugh confirmed the news of her death by saying, "surrounded by her family. Lisa was a very loving mother, grandmother, and friend with a lifetime of amazing stories and experiences. She brought to life one of the most iconic characters in Hollywood history that is still celebrated today. Lisa loved sharing her memories and meeting all her fans across the world. She will be missed dearly."

Early Life

Loring was born to Naval officers who divorced shortly after her birth. Lisa grew up in Hawaii and later moved to LA with her mother. Her first steps in Hollywood were modeling and later she acted as Wednesday Addams from the age of six from 1964 to 1966. 

Lisa later reprised the role of Wednesday Addams in the movie "Halloween with the New Addams Family"

Death Causes

Lisa passed as the stroke worsened due to uncontrollable blood pressure. She is survived by her daughters, Vanessa and Marianne
