Ingredients:

  • For Chicken Marination:
    • 500 Grams Boneless Chicken
    • ½ Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
    • Salt As Required
    • ½ Tbsp Red Chili Powder
    • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
    • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
    • ½ Tsp Parsley
    • 1 Chicken Cube
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • For Chicken Coating:
    • 4 Egg (Beaten)
    • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
    • Oil For Frying
    • Ready-Made Parathas
    • Mayonnaise
    • Ketchup

Instructions:

1.In a mixing bowl, add boneless chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, parsley, chicken cube, and black pepper and mix well.
2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
3.Dip the marinated chicken in beaten eggs and then coat it with bread crumbs.
4.Fry the chicken until it turns golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and place it on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil..
5.Take the ready-made paratha and spread mayonnaise and ketchup on it
6.Place the crispy chicken on top of the paratha and roll it tightly.
7.Secure the roll with a toothpick or wrap it in aluminium foil.
8.Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Crispy Chicken Paratha Roll!
