Greenpeace protesters have boarded a Shell floating oil platform. This is not the first time that an environmental agenda is taken up and staged to make a maximum impact on people.

Last year many art exhibitions and big stores saw how the environmentalists were trying to raise awareness.
The four activists from the UK, Turkey, the US, and Argentina climbed onto the 52,000-tonne heavy-lift vessel. They stated that it is a peaceful protest and their anger is towards companies like Shell and other fossil fuel companies that make maximum profits off nature and do not invest back!

How Did The Greenpeace Reach Shell's Vessel

The outfit has worked with all its resources, they used boats launched by Greenpeace’s Arctic Sunrise ship. Like true ninjas then they used ropes t lcimb up on the deck
Granger one of the four protestors said, “I’m originally from the United States and we’ve had so many climate catastrophes. It’s hard to keep track.“I’ve had friends who have been forced to flee their homes with no warning from forest fires. I know farmers who had to leave the farms where they raised their kids because of drought.”
Yeb Saño, Greenpeace executive director and former lead climate negotiator for the Philippines, said: “We’re taking action today because when Shell extracts fossil fuels it causes a ripple of death, destruction, and displacement around the world, having the worst impact on people who are least to blame for the climate crisis.”
