Just Not Any Wednesday

Netflix may be doing bad business but you got something always getting people excited. Now it is Tim Burton’s new series Wednesday. No Halloween is complete without someone dressing up as an Addams family member. However, the new generation might have missed the iconic movies and cartoons. So the makers took the character of Wednesday and gave a whole storyline to it. You will see many young teens using goth makeup and accessories for their looks. Do not blame them it is the show's popularity.

This time played by Jenna Ortega the story is teenage drama and horror. The surprising fact is that it has beaten Stranger Things. Those who have followed the cartoon earlier know that the style of Wednesday is the same. Two plaits, and a choice of black and white clothes. However, this choice is now being hunted and bought frantically on the internet.

Oscar-winning costume designer Colleen Atwood designed the clothes for 2022's Wednesday. Atwood changed the look of Wednesday once she leaves Nevermore Academy.

“I felt that she should be part of today’s world,” she says. “I wanted it to be a contemporary stylish look that the audience would connect with. I didn’t want her to be just this odd person always draped in black.”
