- 3 Ripe Bananas (Mashed)
- ½ Cup Caster Sugar
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- ½ Cup Milk
- 1 & ½ Cup Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Pinch Salt
- ½ Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, caster sugar, and brown sugar. Mix well.
2- Beat in the eggs, then add the melted butter, vanilla essence, and milk. Mix well.
3- Gradually add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder.
4- Stir the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined.
5- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
6- Bake for 50-60 minutes in a preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
7- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes.
8- Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
