Chicken Lollipops With Hot Garlic Sauce


    • 750 grams Chicken Lollipop
    • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic
    • 3 Green Chili
    • Salt To Taste
    • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
    • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
    • 4 tbsp Yogurt
    • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
    • 1 Pinch Orange Food Coloring
    • 2 Egg
    • ½ Cup Flour Sifter
    • 1 Cup Oil For Fry
    • 1 tbsp Garlic Chopped
    • 3 Dried Round Red Chili
    • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
    • ½ Cup Tomato
    • 1 tbsp Oil


  • Mix all the marinade ingredients except eggs and set aside for 1 hour. 
  • Add salt to eggs and beat. 
  • Coat lollipops first in flour then eggs. 
  • Heat oil in a wok and fry lollipops till golden. 
  • Blend all the sauce ingredients in a blender except oil, heat oil in a frying pan, fry the mixture and transfer to a bowl. 
  • Serve alongside lollipops.
