Ingredients:

    • 1 Egg (Beaten)
    • 2 Tbsp Refined Flour
    • 1 Cup Minced Chicken (Boiled)
    • ½ Cup Mozzarella / Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
    • 1 Tsp Oregano
    • 1 Tsp Red Chilies (Crushed)
    • Salt To Taste
    • 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
    • 4 Tbsp Tomato Paste
    • 2 Green Chilies (Chopped)
    • 1 Capsicum (Chopped)
    • Roll Sheets As Required
    • Oil For Frying

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the beaten egg and refined flour until you get a smooth batter. Set aside.
2. In another bowl, mix together the minced chicken, grated cheese, oregano, red chilies, and salt to taste.
3. Add the tomato paste, chopped green chilies, and chopped capsicum to the bowl. 
4. Take a roll sheet and place a spoonful of the chicken and cheese mixture on one end. Roll the sheet tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, until you reach the other end.
5. Dip the roll in the egg and flour batter, making sure it is coated on all sides.
6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Once hot, carefully add the rolls to the oil and fry until they turn golden brown on all sides.
7. Remove the rolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
8.Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
